We have a 14-day return policy for Europe from the date of delivery for refunds. Claims regarding the delivery of products must be made within 14 working days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and tags, and adhere to our specified shipping conditions.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@bottegajacobs.com with your email address and order number. Once your request is submitted, you will receive return instructions within 72 hours. Please wait for this authorization before returning your item, as unauthorized returns will not be processed. Parcels returned after the specified timeframe will be refused and returned to the sender.
We take pride in offering vintage products that carry a unique charm, often reflecting signs of previous use and wear. Our aim is to showcase these characteristics as faithfully as possible through detailed product photos and descriptions. It's important to note that minor imperfections, such as scratches or dents, which do not affect the functionality or overall appeal of the product, are inherent characteristics of vintage items. As such, they do not qualify for returns.
We do not accept cash on delivery shipments for returns under any circumstances. The sender is responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning items.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. ‘Bottega Jacobs’ reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the specified requirements. If your return is rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, please place a new order, and we will assist you with the return process for the original item.
