1. We have a 14-day return policy for Europe from the date of delivery for refunds. Claims regarding the delivery of products must be made within 14 working days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and tags, and adhere to our specified shipping conditions.

2. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@bottegajacobs.com with your email address and order number. Once your request is submitted, you will receive return instructions within 72 hours. Please wait for this authorization before returning your item, as unauthorized returns will not be processed. Parcels returned after the specified timeframe will be refused and returned to the sender.

3. We take pride in offering vintage products that carry a unique charm, often reflecting signs of previous use and wear. Our aim is to showcase these characteristics as faithfully as possible through detailed product photos and descriptions. It's important to note that minor imperfections, such as scratches or dents, which do not affect the functionality or overall appeal of the product, are inherent characteristics of vintage items. As such, they do not qualify for returns.

4. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments for returns under any circumstances. The sender is responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning items.

5. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. ‘Bottega Jacobs’ reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the specified requirements. If your return is rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

6. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, please place a new order, and we will assist you with the return process for the original item.

Damaged or defective Deliveries

1. Our packages shipped worldwide are always insured, without exception! Your package is insured for the full value of the items you ordered.
2. If you encounter any issues with your order or suspect it's defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We'll swiftly assist you in resolving the matter.
3. We kindly request that customers carefully inspect their package upon delivery before signing, as ownership is transferred at that moment. Taking photos of any visible damage to both the package and product is essential. These images are vital for submitting insurance claims; without them, we're unable to process claims. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and helps us ensure a quick resolution to any concerns you may have.
4. If the contents of your order arrive damaged, rest assured that Bottega Jacobs will promptly reach out to the carrier to address the issue with efficiency and minimal disruption to you. Throughout our inquiry process, we will make sure to stay in touch, providing updates on our findings.
5. In case an insurance claim is necessary with the shipping company, we kindly ask for your patience as we await certain procedures and approvals. If the damage is due to shipping, we'll swiftly refund your money upon approval. Please expect an international processing time of 2-3 weeks, occasionally longer.
