5.1 Bottega Jacobs is headquartered in Santa Maria a Monte, Italy, and all orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Italy using Italian or international shipping services.
Typically, packages arrive within 7 to 14 days from the date of order confirmation.
We offer a free worldwide shipping on orders over 400€.

5.2 For large items that cannot be placed in a standard box or shipped by regular carriers, we collaborate with specialized furniture delivery services worldwide. Based on the carrier selected and the nature of the oversized items, Bottega Jacobs will inform you of the anticipated delivery date. The delivery is conducted on the sidewalk at the base of your residence. It is vital for you to verify if your elevator or staircase dimensions permit the furniture to be moved inside. Occasionally, your item might arrive disassembled to aid in transit, yet this occurrence is infrequent. The delivery personnel are unable to assist with reassembling the furniture; nonetheless, please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you require any information.
5.3 All shipments outside of Italy are handled through different delivery carriers, and a tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation email.
5.4 We offer worldwide shipping, except for Russia, as direct shipping to this country from Italy is not feasible.
5.5 If the recipient refuses to pay taxes and duties or rejects the delivery for any other reason, the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse in Italy.
5.6 For shipments outside of Europe, import taxes and duty fees may apply. 5.9 If the recipient refuses to pay taxes and duties or rejects delivery for any other reason, the items will be returned to our warehouse in Italy. Since we do not accept returns for orders outside of Europe, we are pleased to offer storage for your item once it has been returned to us. Upon arrival of the item at our warehouse, Bottega Jacobs will promptly notify the customer of the current shipping price, any return shipping costs incurred due to the return shipment from the destination country, and any customs duties accrued. Upon payment of this amount, calculated based on the prevailing rates, we will arrange for a new shipment. Payments can be made via PayPal or international bank transfer.
6.1 At Bottega Jacobs, we want you to love your order. That's why in Europe, we accept returns of unused, unworn or defective merchandise in the original packaging for a full refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase, excluding original shipping costs. Once you have submitted your request, you will receive a return authorization with return instructions within 72 hours.
